With a background that includes racing on a Pro Continental team and winning the South African National Road Cycling Championships in 2010, my career has always been driven by dedication, strategy and a relentless commitment to improvement.In 2020 I moved to Amsterdam to immerse myself in European cycling culture and build a coaching practice focused on real connection and real progress. My approach is straightforward. Coaching is not just training plans and data. It is understanding who you are, how you live, what you want to achieve and then creating a personalised path that fits your goals.I believe in coaching that is close, consistent and honest.
